Sushi in the Park

OK so sometimes I think Toronto City Hall is sooo anal (it hurts). hot dogs? now these crappy, fugly "ethnic" food carts (total of like 8 for the entire city, wtf!?!?).
anyways I was just in Tel Aviv and they have, like, sushi stands in the park!
imagine that: you are going for a walk with the pooch and you can stop and have sushi outdoors.
some things I will never figure out.
Tel Aviv is kinda cool btw (travel tip)
